Rest assured, no grasshoppers were harmed in the making of this dessert. Hopefully, it also tastes a lot better. (Just ask my cousin Peter… Eek. He ate one for 10 bucks. Worth it? Doubt it.) Never have we made a dessert that generated so much household excitement! I made this for the family for Mother’s Day. In case you don’t know, it’s a chocolate wafer crust with a creme de menthe and creme de cacao mousse filling. Wonderful.
